Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description Join our dynamic warehouse team where you will play a vital role in customizing orders, reworking damaged goods, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. We offer all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and provide opportunities for training and growth in a clean and safety-oriented environment. Responsibilities + Stack orders on pallets according to customer requests, wrap, and tag for shipment. + Rework damaged orders by inspecting and salvaging items, and collaborate with on-site teams for quality control. + Pick and scan orders using sit-down propane forklifts. + Load and unload trucks, palletize products, and shrink-wrap items for shipment using RF scan guns. + Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse facilities. Essential Skills + Ability to read and understand English. + Experience in forklift operation is required for certain positions. + Strong attention to detail for quality control tasks. + Basic inventory and material handling skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with RF scanners and sit-down forklifts. + Experience in shipping and receiving operations. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a non-climate controlled warehouse that is kept cool with fans and refreshments like Gatorade, popsicles, and frozen towels during hot weather. Steel-toed shoes are required, and PPE such as hearing and eye protection are provided. The dress code is casual with shorts and short-sleeve shirts allowed, but no hoodies or strings. We are looking into providing on-site translators for Spanish and French. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Branch, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
