How Youu2019ll Contribute As a Physical Therapist, you'll help drive our mission by: + Promoting Elara Caringu2019s values, mission, and dedication to high-quality care + Providing direct patient care , functional assessments, and outcome evaluations + Designing and implementing individualized plans of care + Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams + Leading and guiding support staff + Documenting evaluations, treatment goals, plans, and progress + Delivering expert therapy within professional care standards + Engaging as a leader and resource within the community + Supporting patients in a physically demanding and dynamic environment + Working flexible or irregular hours if needed, including call rotation ? What Youu2019ll Need + Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program + Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice + Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting + Willingness to travel throughout the coverage area + Reliable vehicle, valid driveru2019s license, and auto insurance per state law + Ability to lift, move, and support 50 lbs (patients & equipment) + Willingness to travel up to 50% ?
