Accounts Payable Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager or Accounting Manager for an immediate opportunity in the Beaverton area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounts payable processes and be well-versed in using tools like Concur and Yardi. This role requires attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of AP functions during the duration of this engagement. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee daily accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. u2022 Manage check runs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. u2022 Utilize Concur for expense management and streamline related processes. u2022 Leverage Yardi software to maintain accurate financial records and reporting. u2022 Monitor and resolve discrepancies or issues in the accounts payable workflow. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and approvals. u2022 Provide leadership and guidance to the accounts payable team during the contract period. u2022 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. u2022 Prepare periodic reports on accounts payable performance and metrics. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable management or a related role. u2022 Proficiency in using Concur for expense management and reporting. u2022 Hands-on experience with Yardi software for financial operations. u2022 Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and check runs. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. u2022 Ability to work independently and adapt to a contract-based role. u2022 Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
