Requirements Completion of an approved Culinary Program or Apprenticeship.Requires one to two years of increasingly responsible pastry experience in a hotel environment required. Requires the ability to serve the needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions, contacts sometimes contain confidential/sensitive information, so requires the ability to use discretion. Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
