Overview: As a Home Improvement Sales Professional for Wayfair Stores, youu2019ll help customers bring their home projects to life through expert guidance, thoughtful problem-solving, and a seamless shopping experience. Focused on categories such as lighting, bathroom vanities, and appliances, youu2019ll combine deep product knowledge with consultative selling to turn inspiration into confident purchase decisions. Reporting into the Retail Engagement team, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys technical problem-solving, and is energized by exceeding performance goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Youu2019ll Thrive in This Role if You Have: + Relevant Sales Experience: 1 to 3 years of success in a fast-paced, customer-facing, metrics-driven sales role, such as retail or inside sales.
