This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see:DescriptionOverviewThe PepsiCo Commerce Marketing team is seeking a strong, collaborativeSr. Marketing Analyst to support Convenience & Gas (C&G) and DrugChannel customers, including Wawa, BP, CVS, Walgreens, and other CCOcustomers. This role will partner closely with customer teams, brandteams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and executebest-in-class shopper marketing programs that drive growth across thePepsiCo portfolio, with a strong emphasis on beverages.This individual will help shape shopper strategy across multiple retailformats, bringing a deep understanding of the shopper path to purchaseand translating insights into fully integrated, customer-relevantprograms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in afast-paced, matrixed environment and brings a strong balance ofstrategic thinking, analytics, creativity, and executional excellence.This role is critical to driving sales volume and brand equity acrossiconic PepsiCo brands (e.g., Pepsi, Gatorade, Mountain Dew) whilestrengthening customer partnerships and improving the shopper experienceResponsibilities Help architect holistic shopper marketing strategies for assigned C&Gand Drug Channel customers, identifying key business challenges andfuture growth opportunities. Translate consumer, shopper, and customer insights into digital,media, and in-store marketing programs, leveraging retailer- specificopportunities to drive relevance, conversion, and measurable impact. Partner with Beverage sales teams to sell in shopper programs thatalign with customer strategies and Joint Business Plans. Drive internal and external alignment by collaborating with brandteams, customer teams, agencies, and cross-functional partnersthroughout program development, execution, and post-analysis. Strategic collaborator in media planning and creative development,working closely with retail media team and design partners, briefing todeliver campaigns grounded in customer strategy, retail mediacapabilities and shopper insights. Champion new ways to engage shoppers across the path to purchase,tailored to the nuances of convenience, gas, and drug retail formats. Oversee and manage shopper marketing budgets across assignedcustomers and portfolio initiatives, ensuring strong ROI and disciplinedspend. Analyze program performance and provide clear, actionablerecommendations to optimize future shopper marketing plans. Support activation of customer-specific digital and retail tools,driving awareness and adoption across internal stakeholders (brandteams, KAMs, cross-functional leads).Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between$88,200 - $147,650. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and educationwill be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter canshare more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% ofannual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement.
