Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team Responsibilities The Regional Physician Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the provider (MD, DO, NP, PA) recruiting process for different position types (i.e., PRN, part-time, full-time) for Prime hospitalsu2019 and medical groups across the company. This individual must be able to move at a very fast pace, possess strong organization skills and prioritize based on a rapidly changing environment. #LI-DW Qualifications Required qualifications: + 3-5 years of professional physician recruiting experience. + Required to travel throughout region to meet with potential physicians + Experience drafting physician contracts + Experience in recruiting physicians for employed positions. + Familiarity with physician compensation models. + Experience recruiting passive candidates. + Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. + Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality, time management and outstanding negotiation skills. + Ability to multitask and excel in a fast paced and team environment. + Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever. + Strong written/verbal communication skills. Preferred qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field + Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment + Work well in high-pressure situations and a dynamic work environment + Experience in recruiting physicians for employed position + Experience in corporate recruiting or agency recruiting Employment Status Full Time Shift Days Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72,800.00 to $101,712.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
