Transform the everyday with us As a Project Manager, you will: The Project Manager is responsible for endu2011tou2011end delivery of OEM system engineering projects, ensuring that the OEM system engineering team delivers defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality outcomes aligned with customer and business objectives. This role coordinates crossu2011functional engineering resources, manages risks and dependencies, controls budgets and change orders, and maintains clear communication with internal stakeholders and OEM customers to ensure systems are engineered, tested, commissioned, documented, and handed over in compliance with technical, safety, and contractual requirements. As a Project Manager, You Will: + Approved project scope and baseline schedule aligned to OEM requirements, internal engineering capacity, and committed delivery milestones. + Defined engineering work plan, including task breakdown, dependencies, and resource assignments across system architecture, programming, testing, and commissioning. + Budget and cost tracking with ongoing forecast updates, ensuring engineering effort remains within approved financial targets. + Risk and issue register identifying technical, schedule, and dependency risks with clear mitigation and escalation paths. + Clear requirements handoff between OEM inputs (PRD, drawings, compliance needs) and system engineering deliverables, ensuring no ambiguity in scope. + Change management process execution, including evaluation, approval, and documentation of scope, cost, and schedule impacts for OEMu2011driven changes. + Crossu2011functional coordination between system engineering, product management, hardware, manufacturing, and field teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum. + Engineering progress tracking and reporting, providing transparent status on milestones, earned value, and readiness to internal leadership and OEM stakeholders. + Test and commissioning readiness coordination, ensuring test environments, tools, firmware versions, and acceptance criteria are defined and aligned ahead of execution. + Quality and compliance oversight, confirming engineering outputs meet Siemens standards, OEM specifications, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity expectations. + Documentation delivery, including approved system designs, configuration files, test evidence, asu2011built documentation, and release artifacts needed for handoff. + Project closeu2011out and lessons learned, capturing performance metrics, improvement opportunities, and reusable assets to improve future OEM engineering deliveries. You will make an impact with these qualifications: _Basic Qualifications:_ + High School Diploma or GED + 3+ years of project management experience in HVAC controls, mechanical HVAC manufacturing/installation, or construction + Ability to read and interpret MEP, electrical, P&IDs, network, and controls drawings + Knowledge of HVAC systems and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet) with advanced API integration a plus. + Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project + Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship _Preferred Qualifications:_ + Associates Degree or Bachelor of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree preferred + Knowledge of commercial HVAC applications and data center cooling systems Ready to create your own journey?
