You'll be a trusted presence in the lives of those you serve.Home Health Aide/CNA/STNA:- Job Type:u00a0PRN/As Needed (Potential to move to Part or Full-Time)- Location:u00a0Columbus, Ohio (Franklin County & Surrounding Counties)- Pay Rate:u00a0$16.00 - $18.00 per Hour- Sign-on Bonus:u00a0$500 sign-on bonus available- Travel:u00a0Required for In-Home VisitsResponsibilities:- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.- Helping with oral hygiene and hair care.- Supporting mobility and exercise routines.- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed.- Light housekeeping, including changing bed linens, laundry, and tidying living spaces.- Providing medication reminders.- Monitoring and recording vital signs (with proper training).- Observing and reporting changes in patient condition.- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.- Following care plans and documentation procedures.- Being a kind, respectful, and reliable presence in the home.Qualifications:- Must be at least 18 years of age.- Must have an HHA Certification, Ohio CNA Certificate or a valid Ohio STNA License.- Must have current CPR and First-Aid certifications.- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.- Meet training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws for home health aides.
