About the job you're considering Capgemini is seeking a Conversational Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade conversational AI and Contact Center AI (CCAI) solutions. This role requires deep experience with Dialogflow CX, GCP architecture, and telecom domain integrations. As a Solution Architect, you will assess technical feasibility, identify implementation risks, and define the overall solution architecture including system structure, interfaces, design principles, and implementation guidelines. You will leverage both business and technology expertise to deliver scalable, highu2011performing conversational AI experiences. Your role u2022 Lead the architectural design and implementation of conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, orchestration, and testing. u2022 Develop backend integrations and webhook services using Python, RESTful APIs, and event-driven patterns. u2022 Architect solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a strong understanding of CCaaSu2011related services. u2022 Integrate conversational flows with telecom systems such as CRM, billing platforms, and IVR systems. u2022 Utilize GenAI, Playbooks, CCAI Insights, and ADK to enhance automation, agent assist, and customer experience. u2022 Establish solution principles, integration standards, and best practices for enterprise conversational systems. u2022 Identify architectural risks, nonu2011functional considerations, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. u2022 Collaborate with business teams, product owners, and technical stakeholders to align conversational design with business goals. Your skills and experience u2022 5+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years designing conversational interfaces or virtual agents (telecom domain preferred). u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. u2022 Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX, webhook development, backend integrations, and automation scripting. u2022 Proficiency in Python, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns. u2022 Strong understanding of GCP architecture, cloud components, deployment patterns, and CCaaS frameworks. u2022 Experience with Speechu2011tou2011Text, Textu2011tou2011Speech, Agent Assist, and CCAI capabilities. u2022 Knowledge of telecom-specific challenges such as call routing, number portability, and service provisioning. u2022 Familiarity with analytics tools used for conversational performance measurement and optimization. u2022 Handsu2011on experience with telecom platforms, CRM systems, billing solutions, and IVR environments. u2022 Google Cloud certifications (Professional Cloud Developer, CCAI Specialization) preferred. u2022 Experience using agile methodologies and design thinking for solution delivery. #LI-SD1 The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $86,900 to $203,800 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
