As a Program Manager III within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA or Dallas, TX. PNC is seeking an experienced Program Manager III to help lead the rollout of the firmu2019s enterprise-wide Generative AI (GenAI) program across the Technology organization. This role will play a critical part in driving execution, governance, and coordination of GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and responsible AI practices. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of managing large, complex programs, partnering with senior stakeholders, and delivering clear, executive-level visibility across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities u2022 Lead end-to-end program management for PNCu2019s enterprise Generative AI initiatives, from intake through execution and delivery u2022 Establish and manage program governance u2022 Partner closely with technology leaders, business stakeholders, legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and responsible AI guidelines u2022 Drive cross-functional coordination to enable consistent execution, dependency management, and integrated delivery u2022 Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and program updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, and strategic impact u2022 Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to enterprise objectives u2022 Continuously identify opportunities to improve program processes, transparency, and stakeholder engagement Qualifications u2022 Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, technology-driven programs with multiple stakeholders u2022 Strong expertise in governance, planning, risk management, and executive communications u2022 Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build strong relationships across organizations u2022 Experience supporting or delivering AI, GenAI, data, or emerging technology programs u2022 Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks u2022 Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description + Leads a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Leads the highest complexity programs/projects requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, program size may be greater than $25m. + Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals. + Oversight and reporting for the program budget while working to ensure success of the program. + Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results. + Acts as a mentor to other program managers. Teams with service partner leadership to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.
