Join the herd andunlock your opportunity. Why You'll Love This Role We are seeking anEnterprise Regional Sales Manager who is ambitious, adaptable, andenthusiastic. A successful Enterprise Regional Sales Manager at Criblwill clearly articulate our value proposition and execute on provensales processes. This Regional Sales Manager will come withaccountability and ownership, specifically in meeting leadingindicators. Most importantly, we put our customers first, always. We arelooking for an Account Executive who will do just that. The idealcandidate will come with expertise in creating customer centricsolutions, and be able to build strong enduring relationships with ourcustomers. Please note, this is a remote position based out of the BayArea. We are looking for candidates to live local to the territory. AsAn Active Member Of Our Team, You Will... Develop a business plan tooverachieve sales goals Manage and maintain the entire salesecosystem from generating leads through closing Help customersunderstand the value of Cribl during the sales process Articulate ourvalue proposition up and down the organization, from engineer up to CxO Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets We are aremote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you maybe required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard workinghours If You've Got It - We Want It 7+ years of Enterprise SecuritySales experience selling into Fortune Level Organizations calling onSecurity (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISCO/CIO's) Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization Proven Track record of landing and expanding 7 figure deals Success selling to G2K companies, and developed at least one new logofrom scratch Experience selling through a channel led motion Ableto create demand in a territory and selling un-budgeted solutions Background using MEDDIC Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $155,000 USD Thesalary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salaryoffered within the range described will be based on the individualcandidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In additionto a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits packagewhich includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and lifeinsurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatmentbenefit, 401(k), and equity.
