Introduction We are hiring a Senior HCM & Compensation Consultant to serve as a leader and subject matter expert complex government implementations. Youu2019ll be responsible for designing and implementing complex HCM, Compensation and Security u2014 guiding transformation programs that improve visibility, efficiency, and adhere to regulatory needs.Ideal candidates bring extensive Workday HCM, Compensation & Security experience, knowledge of collective bargaining units with complex rules, and the ability to architect solutions that meet enterprise and regulatory needs, particularly within public sector or state environments. Your role and responsibilities As a Consultant specializing in Workday HCM and Compensation, you will apply consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure the system to meet the client's business needs.You will play a key role in implementing and supporting the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules for clients.Your primary responsibilities will include:u2022 Plan and Configure Solutions: Plan, gather requirements, and configure the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules to meet the client's business needs, ensuring alignment with their overall business strategy.u2022 Deliver Implementation Projects: Lead the implementation of Workday HCM and Compensation solutions, including fit analysis, unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.u2022 Resolve Configuration Issues: Resolve configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules, applying deep expertise in Workday solutions to drive effective issue resolution.u2022 Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure that solutions meet their requirements.u2022 Provide Ongoing Support: Deliver post-implementation support to clients, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that the Workday solution continues to meet their evolving business needs. Required technical and professional expertise u2022 Deep Expertise in Workday HCM and Compensation: Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday core HCM and core compensation modules, with a strong understanding of configuration options and best practices.u2022 Experience with Fit Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Skilled in conducting fit analysis and gathering requirements to inform Workday HCM and Compensation solution design and configuration.u2022 Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting: Experienced in resolving complex configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules, leveraging deep knowledge of Workday solutions.u2022 Implementation Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead the implementation of Workday HCM and Compensation solutions, including unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.u2022 Business Needs Analysis: Experienced in analyzing client business needs and developing solutions that align with their overall business strategy, utilizing consulting skills and business knowledge.
