In addition to your salary, wehave an incentive bonus plan for associates which provides for thepossibility of additional monthly compensation. That Bonus Program for2026 includes the potential for additional monthly compensation of$1,000, $1,500, $2,000 or $2,500 which could add up to $30,000 ofadditional annualized compensation above the base salary. We pay thosebonus payments in the month after they are earned.
