About the Role: As a CBRE Process Improvement Consultant, you will plan, organize, and monitor the pre-implementation of small tomedium-sized deliverables and process improvement initiatives.This job is part of the Continuous Improvement & Client Performance function. They are responsible for reducing the riskof defects in all products and processes. What Youu2019ll Do : + Identify, research, solution, propose, pilot, implement,and monitor digital solutions for one of the largest corporate campuses in theworld. + Understand Microsoft stack and solutions built onthat stack (including but not limited to Azure Offerings including IoT, PowerPlatform Tools, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, etc). + Maintain knowledge and ability to navigate andsupport digital security, privacy, accessibility reviews for Hardware andSoftware. + Organize, develop, prioritize,and manage resources to deliver high quality, testable and scalable software& hardware solutions within established timelines. + Proactively lead and solicitthe involvement of other project stakeholders (e.g., managers, developers,product managers, end users) to ensure implementation satisfies functionalrequirements. + Using program and projectmanagement methodology manage and lead project scoping and scheduling; tracksprogress of individual tasks and alerts executive management and stakeholdersof concerns meeting schedules. + Develop program materials, including client and companybrand compliance + Work with other teams to manage alignment between company processes and business objectives to optimizeperformance. + Coordinate with process and technology managers to define technology requirements. + Develop and maintain process development and optimization programs. Update documentation of processoverviews, details, and process flows. + Make process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes tomeet business needs. + Research and resolve issues identified in the processes and systems of a clientu2019s organization. + Design and implement new processes to improve service delivery and ensure cost-effectiveness. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complexassignments and provide innovative solutions. + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several jobdisciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus andconvince others to reach an agreement. + Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams + Work within broad guidelines and policies. + Explain difficult or sensitive information. What Youu2019ll Need: + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered. Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification required. + Program Management + Project Management + Logistics Technology + Building Management Technology + Information Technology + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and otherfinancial-related calculations. + PmP or PgmP a plus CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidateu2019s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $105,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREu2019s applicable benefit program.
