You'll install signage and graphics in a wide variety of environments---from office interiors and retail spaces to building exteriors and vehicles. Every day is different, and your work will be seen by thousands of people across West Michigan.You'll use a variety of tools and installation techniques to assemble, mount, and secure signage safely and professionally. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving in the field, and learning new skills in a We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who want to learn and grow with us.What You'll DoInstallation & Execution- Perform professional installation of signage, graphics, window films, and vehicle wraps across a variety of environments, ensuring a clean and precise finished product- Assemble, mount, and secure signs and displays on interior and exterior surfaces including walls, windows, vehicles, posts, and ceilings- Review work orders, verify measurements, and confirm materials prior to installation to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met- Assess job sites to determine appropriate tools, techniques, and safety requirements for each installationQuality & Safety- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations- Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts safely and effectively- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to protect self, team members, and property during installationCollaboration & Communication- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and to specification- Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and production staff to resolve installation challenges and ensure project alignment- Provide on-site feedback and recommendations when conditions require adjustments to installation plansOperational Support- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for upcoming projects- Assist in loading, transporting, and unloading signage and materials as needed- Represent FASTSIGNS professionally when working at customer locations and interact with clients in a courteous, respectful manner- u00a0Proven ability to safely and effectively operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipmentWhat We're Looking For- Comfort working at heights and in various indoor/outdoor environments- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality finished work- Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and measurements accurately- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess site conditions and adjust installation methods as needed- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with clients on-siteu00a0Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent, required- Technical training or trade experience, preferred- Experience with scissor lifts, bucket trucks, or other aerial equipment, preferred- Must have valid driver's licenseWhy Join FASTSIGNS?
