Are you living your life's work? Position Description: Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a full-time Consult Liaison Psychiatrist to join their practice located in Lancaster, PA. The practice consists of board-certified psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals all working together to help provide the most appropriate plan of care for medically ill patients as well as identify patients who will need ongoing treatment and transition of care. Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Medicine (Allopathic/Osteopathic)The Consult Liaison Psychiatry team offers evaluation, diagnosis and treatments for patients at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital. Join a group that works collaboratively to provide the highest quality patient care by evaluating, managing, educating and engaging patients with co-occurring medical and behavioral issues and patients in acute psychiatric crisis with the needed resources and services for their wellness and recovery. Consult Liaison Psychiatrists work a 7-on/7-off model, with 10 hour shifts, 8am-6p.
