Salesforce Omni Studio Lead About the role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Omni Studio Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. In this role, you will: u00b7 Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Experience, Financial Services, etc.). u00b7 Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. u00b7 Configure Salesforce features (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, Custom Settings). u00b7 Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations using SOQL/SOSL. u00b7 Design and implement OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures). u00b7 Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. u00b7 Manage DevOps processes including code management, metadata migration, and CI/CD pipelines. u00b7 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to offshore teams. u00b7 Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. u00b7 Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning) to ensure timely delivery. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs What you must have to be considered: u00b7 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience and overall 8+ Years of experience. u00b7 Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and managed apps (e.g., nCino). u00b7 Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Lightning components (LWC) and Apex. u00b7 Experience working on multiple Salesforce products, i.e. Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc. u00b7 Hands-on experience with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. u00b7 Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, data modeling, and integration tools. u00b7 Demonstrated ability to lead offshore teams and manage client interactions. u00b7 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities. u00b7 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices. These will help you stand out: u00b7 Certified Developer (DEV-401) or Platform Developer I u00b7 Certified Advanced Developer (DEV-501) or Platform Developer 2 u00b7 Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Knockout / Aura u00b7 Experience with building or enhancing applications to run on mobile platform u00b7 Expertise working with the Mulesoft API development Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $ 83,600u2013 $ 129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
