This role involves hands-on fixture installation, merchandising, and collaboration with local teams to ensure every store meets our brandu2019s high standards. Responsibilities + Travel to construction sites and existing store locations across the country + Install display equipment and merchandise to meet AutoZoneu2019s high standards + Construct fixtures following prototypical floor plans + Collaborate with and train local AutoZoners in setup processes and fixture construction + Ensure they are completing all required project tasks in a timely manner in accordance with company standards + Merchandise new stores and remodel existing ones using detailed planograms + Follow all company policies and procedures Qualifications What Weu2019re Looking For + Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old to apply + Valid Driveru2019s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driveru2019s license and adhere to AutoZoneu2019s driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation. + Physical Requirements: Ability to lift approximately 70 lbs., load and unload trucks, move fixtures and merchandise, and remain comfortable standing for long periods, walking, bending, climbing ladders and maintaining a full range of motion. + Team Player: Cooperative and responsible team player with a willingness to take on additional duties Travel Requirements + Ability to travel up to 100% of the time to designated project locations. Overnight travel is required. + Project schedules typically span 6u20138 weeks, and associates should expect to work consecutively throughout each project. + Must be able to travel by both driving and flying. + Must have a valid driveru2019s license and proper identification to present at a security checkpoint for air travel. + Must be able to work nonu2011traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as needed.
