Join us Your responsibilities will include: + Leading surgical preparation by organizing suites, equipment, and instruments to ensure readiness for every procedure + Scrubbing in and supporting surgeons through complex cardiac surgeries, anticipating needs and maintaining a safe, sterile environment + Guiding and mentoring surgical technologists, serving as a role model while training new team members and reinforcing best practices + Overseeing quality and safety by managing counts, handling specimens, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention standards + Driving teamwork and efficiency through effective communication, rapid problem-solving, and support for on-call and emergency cases What qualifications you will need: + Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + High School Graduate / GED + (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist, or (TS-C) Tech in Surgery - Certified + 1 years experience _Required_ Benefits Medical City Las Colinas, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
