Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift Job Description Join a leading manufacturer specializing in probiotics, enzymes, bacteria, and bio-solutions as a Warehouse Associate. Be part of a team that operates the world's largest deep freezer, maintaining a temperature of -55 degrees Celsius. Responsibilities + Operate sit down forklifts to maneuver materials. + Load and unload trucks and frozen trailers of materials. + Stage orders for shipment. + Work inside a -55 degree Celsius freezer performing cycle counts, picking orders, and compacting materials. + Utilize SAP/ERP system to track and manage inventory. + Use RF Scanners for inventory management. + Maintain freezer cleanliness by scraping ice off floors. Essential Skills + 2+ years of Material Handling/Warehouse experience. + 1+ years of ERP/SAP experience. + 1+ years of experience in loading/unloading trucks. + Comfortable working in a -55 degree freezer. + Experience with inventory, cycle counting, sanitization, and palletizing. + Proficient in RF scanner usage. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to read and write in English. + Basic math skills. + High School Diploma. Why Work Here? Spend up to 80% of your workday in an ultra-cold freezer at -55 degrees Celsius, with all necessary PPE (including snow suit/freezer suit, face mask, boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, radio) provided. The remaining 20% of your time will be spent in ambient warehouse conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and 100lbs with assistance Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waukesha, WI.
