These moments help strengthen our bonds and make our unit a place people truly enjoy being part of.We would love for you to consider making 3900 in your next home—we’re excited about the possibility of welcoming you to our team.Schedule: Full-time, Three (3) 12-hour shiftsShift: Days, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (with weekend rotation)Primary Job Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.What You'll Need to Succeed:​Associate of Science degree in NursingCurrent State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered NurseMinimum of six (6) months of experience as a Registered NurseCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationCurrent Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificationPhysical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements)Physical Requirements - Range:$31.53 - $52.24This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
