Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Jackson, GA. We seek a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility setting. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active Georgia OT license required to start the assignment.Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. Preferred: 1+ year of SNF experience delivering evaluations, treatment plans, and functional interventions.Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems. Preferred: experience with MDS or Medicare-focused documentation.Demonstrated competency with assistive devices, ADL retraining, and restorative nursing programs preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families.
