*Job Summary:** The Assembly Line Lead helps oversee the processing activities. They manage production assembly lines, assist their teams to complete orders and prepare reports. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Responsible for smooth operation of their assigned production line. + Ensuring all workers are in position and prepared for duty. + Monitor the individual components used for pack-out and replenish as needed to ensure steady flow of production. + Verify that proper labeling and any requirements for the job are being adhered to. + Inspect pack-out to ensure quality standards and counts. + Document and monitor production progress. + Assist workers when necessary. + Ensure all members of the team follow company policies and safety regulations are being enforced to meet safety compliance. **Education Required:** High School Diploma or Equivalent **Experience Required:** At least 3 years’ experience in food production **Licenses/Certification Preferred:** HACCP Certified **Technical Skills and Abilities** + Must be able to effectively perform in a multi-tasking environment with frequent interruptions. + Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. + Able to work in a group setting. + Able to work alone. + Strong organization and active listening skills. + Understands and implements all safety standards. **Physical Demands:** Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job. + The ability to sit, stand, walk, to monitor production line. + The ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with help. + Ability to work in Cold temperature rooms. **Work Environment:** Production Warehouse AFFIRMATIVE ACTION STATEMENT: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
