Hospice Liaison - Hermitage, PAHelping Hands Health NetworkHelping Hands Health Network is seeking a driven, high-impact Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in Hermitage, PA. We’re looking for a results-oriented sales professional with experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare marketing who knows how to build relationships and generate this role, you will take ownership of your territory, developing strong referral partnerships, increasing census, and positioning Helping Hands Health Network as the provider of choice.
