Description We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator by delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process. This role is a critical part of the hiring team and serves as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing interview logistics, candidate communications, and administrative coordination across multiple roles, locations, and time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage interview logistics, including scheduling across multiple time zones and locationsServe as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, professional, and clear communication throughout the interview processSupport recruiters and hiring managers by organizing, coordinating, tracking, and documenting interviewsMaintain and update key tracking tools and business documents related to interview scheduling and candidate statusUpdate and manage candidate records and job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR leadership, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to support hiring activitiesParticipate in and document client, stakeholder, and internal recruiting meetings as neededSchedule internal meetings, interviews, and training sessionsSupport monthly expense reporting and other administrative tasksPerform additional recruitment coordination and administrative duties as assignedRequired QualificationsAssociate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferredIntermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking SystemsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of activity and competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a corporate environmentDetail oriented with the ability to document and organize information accuratelyRole will require to be on site 2-3 days a weekPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or a related administrative support roleExperience supporting high volume or multi location hiringFamiliarity with interview coordination across different time zonesCore CompetenciesStrong sense of urgency and accountabilityGoal oriented and self motivatedAdaptable and responsive to changing prioritiesPassion for delivering an exceptional candidate and client experienceComfortable operating in a fast paced, professional corporate environmentAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
