Finance Transformation Manager

Description We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Transformation Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Coppell, Texas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving financial efficiency and transparency by working closely with cross-functional teams to support global shared services projects. Your expertise will help translate transformation activities into measurable financial outcomes while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and reporting standards. Hybrid work schedule: 3-4 days a week in the office in Coppell, Texas. This is a 3-month contract position. Responsibilities: u2022 Collaborate with teams to quantify the financial value of transformation initiatives, including impacts on cost, revenue, working capital, and productivity. u2022 Ensure that transformation impacts are accurately reflected in budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. u2022 Partner with Corporate FP& A and Finance stakeholders to deliver consistent reporting, forecasting, and executive summaries. u2022 Work closely with the Transformation Office to translate operational activities into clear P& L and cash flow impacts. u2022 Create and maintain standardized templates and governance routines for tracking business cases, variances, and executive updates. u2022 Provide actionable financial insights to support leadership decisions, trade-offs, and transparency as the organization grows. u2022 Oversee budget governance, including planning, forecasting, and controls, while linking these to transformation outcomes. u2022 Enhance cost-to-serve transparency by implementing consistent allocation and reporting practices. u2022 Establish robust governance for third-party costs by connecting expenses to performance metrics and KPIs. u2022 Continuously refine templates, data controls, and reporting processes to improve speed, accuracy, and stakeholder confidence. Requirements u2022 Strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP& A) with a proven track record of success. u2022 Exceptional ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and teams. u2022 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis. u2022 Extensive experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes. u2022 Expertise in financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making. u2022 Familiarity with outsourcing models and their financial implications. u2022 Prior involvement in finance transformation projects is a plus. u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial concepts effectively.
