As a member of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service and top-tier installations to our valued residential customers.What we offer:Above-average payMedical, dental, and vision insuranceShort-term/long-term disabilityLife insurance options401(k) with company matchPaid time offCompany-provided vehicleWhat You'll Do:Install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, duct systems, and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.) for residential customers.Lead, mentor, and train HVAC installers and apprentices, ensuring high-quality and efficient installations.Maintain clear communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and answering questions throughout the installation process.Follow all safety policies and procedures, adhering to local building codes and regulations.Test and inspect HVAC systems after installation to confirm proper functioning.Troubleshoot and address any issues during or after installation.Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order and properly maintained.What You Need:At least 3 years of experience as anHVAC Installer.Proficiency in installing and maintaining HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork.Relevant certifications (EPA, NATE, etc.) preferred.Clean driving record.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.Leadership skills to manage and train a team effectively.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.Comfort working in tight spaces, including climbing ladders and bending to access equipment.Ability to stand, kneel, or crawl for extended periods while working.Apply today to start your career with KB Complete!KB Complete is an equal-opportunity employer.
