We bring the fun every single day.What You’ll DoAs a Guest Service Host, you will:Warmly welcome and acknowledge guests upon arrivalEfficiently perform guest check-in and check-out proceduresAssist guests with reservations, kiosk use, key redemption, and general inquiriesPrepare arrival documents (key cards, welcome materials, etc.)Ensure all guest registration details are complete and accurateHandle room keys in accordance with hotel proceduresCoordinate with Bell/Valet and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth arrivalsRecommend hotel amenities, dining outlets, and park offeringsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and kiosk areaHandle minor guest concerns and escalate issues when necessaryFollow Lost & Found procedures and safeguard guest propertyUtilize operational systems including Kiosk, ALICE, Opera, VingCard, radios, and Google NestAttend departmental meetings and training sessions as requiredYou’ll also help:Make kids laugh with jokes, dances, or playful interactionsAnswer guest questions (even the repetitive ones!) with enthusiasmHelp families feel right at home from the moment they walk inWhat We’re Looking ForOur ideal candidate is:Friendly, outgoing, and full of positive energyGreat with children and familiesConfident, warm, and approachableComfortable being playful and engagingProfessional in appearance and demeanorReliable, flexible, and a true team playerAble to stay on their feet and active throughout the shiftRequirementsMust be 18 years or olderPrevious customer service experience requiredFull availability, including weekends and holidaysMust be fully flexible - 8.5-hour shifts and may fall between 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM and vary based on hotel needsComfortable standing and moving throughout the daySafety & ComplianceAll team members must follow Health, Safety & Security policies in compliance with ASTM, NEC, NSF, OSHA, and Merlin Entertainments standards.
