If you're an experienced sales professional with a passion for the fleet services industry, we invite you to bring your talents to a company where you’ll make an immediate impact!Penn Jersey Diesel & Traileris expanding and is currently seeking a motivated and experiencedSales Executiveto join our team. Based out of ourBensalem, PAlocation, this pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our trailer rental and leasing customer base and securing consistent fleet maintenance work.The ideal person is based in the Bensalem or Philadelphia, PA area and will help grow Penn Jersey’s footprint. You will play a key role in developing new business, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our service offerings in a competitive and evolving marketplace.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to grow Penn Jersey’s customer base across the regionIdentify and secure new business opportunities through cold outreach, lead generation, referrals, and industry networkingBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionDrive contract negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives for growth and profitabilityCollaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure successful onboarding and client supportProvide accurate and timely sales reports, including revenue forecasting and pipeline updatesUtilize CRM tools to manage leads, monitor progress, and document all client interactionsQualifications5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fleet services, transportation, diesel repair, or related industriesProven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing long-term client contractsStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skillsHighly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a regional territoryWillingness to travel throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and other surrounding East Coast states.Proficient in using CRM platforms for sales tracking and reportingWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structureCompany vehicle or mileage reimbursementComprehensive health coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)Health Savings Account (HSA) options401(k) with company matchGenerous paid time off and company holidaysSupportive and growth-oriented team cultureUSD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
