Job Description a top client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administration engineer with extensive Active Directory skillsets to lead our AD, Azure and Identity Management technical domain supporting Solano County. If you're passionate about driving technology solutions for government operations and value flexibility in your work schedule, we want to hear from you Duties and Responsibilities: u2022u2003Lead and manage the AD, Azure and Identity Management duties impacting Solano Countyu2019s IT infrastructure. u2022u2003Ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance of government systems and applications. u2022u2003Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations. u2022u2003Oversee cloud computing environments, on-premises servers, with a major focus on AD redesign and security u2022u2003Work closely with county departments to align technology solutions with operational needs. u2022u2003Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement to optimize cost-effectiveness. u2022u2003Mentor and help develop system administrators, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. u2022u2003Establish KPIs and monitoring systems to enhance IT efficiency and service delivery.
