Technical Trainer

Description 5 days a week on-site Work Hours: Possible work hours are from 8am-6pm PST with core work hours being 9am-5pm PST. The expectation is that you are onsite for 9 hours per day with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. That could look like: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Lead for a team of Trainers to spearhead the design and delivery of high-impact learning experiences. In this role, you will not only oversee the creation of training content but also mentor a team of specialists to ensure our organization stays ahead of rapidly evolving skills gaps. You will be the primary advocate for a culture of lifelong learning, leveraging both proven instructional frameworks and emerging AI technologies.
