Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Lead Paralegal for a top transportation and logistics client in the White Plains, NY area. This individual will play a critical role supporting a fastu2011paced Labor & Employment legal team by managing a highu2011volume litigation docket from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in an environment where priorities shift quickly and accuracy is essential. This role offers strong visibility, meaningful ownership of matters, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits starting day oneu2014all within a collaborative, hybrid work environment Day-to-Day: - Support Labor & Employment attorneys across multiple litigation matters -Manage matter intake, including maintaining matter management systems -Draft and issue legal holds; identify custodians and coordinate with counsel -Provide endu2011tou2011end discovery and eDiscovery support -Coordinate responses to subpoenas and personnel file requests -Conduct and support internal preu2011litigation investigations -Manage trackers, databases, and reporting for active matters -Coordinate settlement payments, checks, and related documentation -Audit legal invoices and partner on spend management initiatives We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
