Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Attorney to join our transactional business practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in handling business transactions, commercial contracts, and litigation experience with a proven ability to represent small to mid-sized businesses effectively. This position is fully on-site and offers an opportunity to bring your own clients while contributing to a growing practice. $140-180K DOE plus multiple bonus(s).
