Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Attorney to join our transactional business practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in handling business transactions, commercial contracts, and litigation experience with a proven ability to represent small to mid-sized businesses effectively. This position is fully on-site and offers an opportunity to bring your own clients while contributing to a growing practice. $140-180K DOE plus multiple bonus(s). Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and oversee a variety of business transactions, including leases, customer agreements, and commercial contracts. u2022 Represent clients in civil litigation cases, providing strategic legal counsel and advocacy. u2022 Negotiate and draft legal contracts to ensure compliance with business laws and regulations. u2022 Collaborate with clients to address transactional matters, offering tailored legal solutions. u2022 Utilize case management software to organize and track legal proceedings efficiently. u2022 Handle real estate leases and other property-related agreements with precision. u2022 Conduct legal research and briefing to support case strategies and decision-making. u2022 Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional legal services. u2022 Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of legal processes. u2022 Provide proactive advice to help clients navigate complex business challenge Requirements u2022 A minimum of 7 years of experience in business litigation and transactional law. u2022 Proven expertise in handling commercial contracts, legal agreements, and business transactions. u2022 Strong proficiency in case management software and legal research tools. u2022 Extensive knowledge of business laws and regulations applicable to small and mid-sized enterprises. u2022 Demonstrated ability to negotiate and draft real estate leases and other contractual agreements. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including legal briefing and advocacy. u2022 Ability to bring a book of business with established client relationships. u2022 Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.Busi Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
