Job Description u2022 Support world cup initiatives u2022 Provide technical support for live and recorded television productions across studios and production control rooms u2022 Support and maintain broadcast production systems, performing troubleshooting and preventative maintenance u2022 Monitor ticketing systems, respond to support requests, and resolve assigned issues u2022 Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on projects, system upgrades, and enhancements u2022 Support virtualization and cloud initiatives for production systems u2022 Monitor system availability and health to ensure highu2011performance production operations u2022 Create and update configuration documentation, SOPs, and training materials We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
