Whatu2019s a typical day as Senior Customer Service Representative? Youu2019ll be: + Creating and managing cases within a proprietary system to support the production of Pre-Operative Plans. + Reviewing CT scans to ensure protocol conformity and segmenting them using specialized software to create 3D anatomical bone models. + Developing surgical plans for robotic hip and knee replacements, reviewing and ensuring plan accuracy, and uploading finalized plans for field personnel. + Documenting all activities meticulously according to prescribed methods and maintaining strict adherence to established work instructions.
