IT Asset Management Specialist

Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire an IT Asset Management Specialist for one of our clients in Cleveland, OH. This is a high-impact role supporting a large-scale device deployment initiative that will expand the organization's managed asset portfolio to over 6,000 devices, including laptops and iPads across multiple business units, Key Responsibilities: u2022u2003Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, deployment, tracking, and decommissioning across a fleet of 6,000+ devices u2022u2003Oversee and execute a large-scale rollout of laptops and iPads to field managers and corporate users u2022u2003Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records within the organization's ITSM platform (Jira) u2022u2003Coordinate the integration and tracking of newly acquired assets from a recently onboarded business unit u2022u2003Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure asset deployment timelines are met u2022u2003Develop and maintain asset management documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures u2022u2003Monitor device inventory levels and proactively identify gaps, discrepancies, or equipment needs u2022u2003Support ongoing device management activities post-deployment, ensuring all assets remain properly tracked and accounted for We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
