General Operator- Conditioning/Finishing

We are looking for a dependable General Operator to support our Conditioning/Finishing department. This role involves operating production equipment, following FIFO, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent. + At least 1 year of experience in a production or conditioning environment. + Ability to safely operate industrial conditioning equipment. + Ability to read and follow English work instructions and production routines. Key Responsibilities + Process orders according to FIFO and Production Routine requirements. + Operate equipment including embossing presses, stakers, mills, spray lines/roll coaters, de-dusters, and airu2011off tunnels. + Assist with equipment setup and perform basic repairs (e.g., staker belts, mill filters). + Monitor product quality; identify defects and report issues promptly. + Complete required paperwork such as traceability records, routines, and FTP charts. + Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow 5S standards. + Perform startu2011up and endu2011ofu2011shift equipment checks. + Help train new operators when experienced. Skills + Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn measurement tools (pyrometers, tachometers, moisture meters, etc.). + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
