Youu2019ll be: + Supporting new-hire and ongoing employee training programs + Maintaining training records, trainings matrices, and SharePoint sites + Updating training documents and work instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance + Assisting with daily quality checks, audits, and ISO compliance tasks + Recording quality data using SharePoint, Excel, and SAP + Supporting the Quality Supervisor with reports and follow-ups + Managing controlled documents within the Quality Management System (QMS) This job might be an outstanding fit if you: + Are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with SharePoint and Excel + Have strong communication and problem-solving skills + Are detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and documentation + Can work flexible hours and overtime as needed + Have experience with SAP and inspection techniques (preferred) + Possess 1u20132 years of QMS experience (preferred) + Are bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred) + Are able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a manufacturing/warehouse environment What happens next Once you apply, youu2019ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
