Your role and responsibilities As a Veeva Vault consultant, you will support and facilitate US-based live training sessions, review and update training materials, manage training team, including daily training standups, help with video based training and script preparation for training, manage LMS content.This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise Strong implementation experience in Veeva Vault PromoMats (configuration, workflows, lifecycle, security, and document management) Knowledge of Vault PromoMats advanced features (auto-linking, claims management, modular content reuse) Veeva Vault Admin certification Experience configuring document lifecycles, workflows, metadata, and user permissions Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) concepts and modular content in PromoMats Experience with Vault migrations, data loading tools, and troubleshooting issues Preferred technical and professional experience Experience with additional Veeva Vault applications such as Quality, Regulatory (RIM), or Safety Exposure to Vault integrations with systems like Salesforce, Adobe Workfront, or other marketing tools Experience in validation (CSV) and compliance processes Experience supporting global deployments and multi-region implementationsIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
