Job Title: Quality Technician (Backfill) Assignment Type: Temporary (12 Months with Possibility of Extension) Location: Onsite u2013 Mondayu2013Friday, 8:00 AMu20135:00 PM Pay Rate: $ 26.36/hr Location -Clark,NJ Dress Code: Business Casual Position Overview Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently looking for a Quality Technician to provide technical support to our clientu2019s Production Units, external vendors, and Quality Laboratories to ensure compliance with Quality Systems and regulatory requirements. This is a 12-month backfill assignment with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have 3u20135 years of experience in packaging inspection and quality support within a manufacturing environment (non-pharma/medical device preferred). Key Responsibilities + Provide quality and technical support to production and external vendors + Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO guidelines, SOPs, and documentation standards + Conduct statistical sampling and testing of packaging components, bulk materials, and finished goods + Perform packaging inspections and quality checks + Review and manage documentation, SOPs, and quality records + Support auditing activities and regulatory compliance initiatives + Perform administrative quality-related tasks as required + Assist with color matching processes (preferred experience) Qualifications Required: + Associateu2019s or Bacheloru2019s degree in Science or Engineering discipline OR equivalent manufacturing experience with strong emphasis in quality + 3u20135 years of packaging inspection experience + Experience with document management, SOP review, and records review + Knowledge of FDA and ISO compliance standards + Experience with statistical sampling and packaging component testing Preferred: + Color matching experience + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Pay Details: $26.36 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
