Repair Technician

Now Hiring: Repair Technician Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $18 an hour Job Description This position is focused on repair technicians who are responsible for electronic repairs, returns management, reverse logistics, and digital customer care. Responsibilities + Repair mobile devices and other small electronics. + Perform hand soldering on various SMT components. + Follow documents and procedures accurately. + Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. + Maintain a proactive approach to prioritize tasks and work independently. + Stay busy and meet production quotas daily while working alone at booths with co-workers nearby. Essential Skills + Experience in mobile device repair is beneficial but not essential. + Proficient hand soldering skills. + Strong communication skills both written and verbal. + Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation. + Strong computer skills and attention to detail. + Knowledge in computer, laptop, and tablet repairs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
