Provides support on district-level projects/initiatives as assigned. u2022 Administers payment for HR budget-related items. u2022 Assists with research and general administrative support pertaining to total rewards. u2022 Provides administrative support for career management process and systems. u2022 Provides administrative support for terminations. u2022 Maintains and prepares scheduled and ad hoc reporting as needed. u2022 Provides support to employees and HRPD team on HRIS system and company communications. u2022 Assists with coordination and administration of training and facilitation plans/ programs. u2022 Provides implementation support to district HRPD manager on corporate and regional initiatives. u2022 Participates in regional/national initiatives. u2022 Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture. u2022 Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders. u2022 Other duties as required Qualifications u2022 High school diploma or equivalent required. Bacheloru2019s degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred. u2022 Working towards an HR designation preferred. u2022 Some co-op/internship or relevant experience preferred. u2022 Basic understanding of HRPD-related principles, practices, procedures and employment legislation. u2022 Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential informationu2022 Ability to research and analyze information. u2022 Understanding of business acumen. u2022 Able to work independently or in a team environment in a highly matrixed organization. u2022 Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. u2022 Effective verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines. u2022 Basic understanding of training and facilitation coordination. u2022 Basic networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain HR networks. u2022 Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines. u2022 Knowledge of change management methodologies an asset. u2022 Demonstrated critical-thinking skills. u2022 Ability to recognize employee relations issues that need coaching. u2022 Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
