The role will stabilize an in-flight, high-velocity environment by providing facilitation, coaching, and delivery enablement for a mature team. The Scrum Master will drive ceremony execution, backlog readiness, impediment removal, and transparent stakeholder alignment across programs and value streams. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $55.00 to $65.00/hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + Serve as the dedicated Scrum Master for the omnichannel delivery team to ensure consistent and effective agile execution. + Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. + Coach team members, product owners, and stakeholders on SAFe and agile best practices. + Maintain a steady flow of groomed, ready backlog items to keep teams productive. + Partner with Product Owners to ensure clear, actionable requirements aligned with program goals. + Identify, escalate, and remove impediments that threaten sprint commitments or delivery outcomes. + Act as a bridge between delivery teams and leadership to ensure transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies. + Provide real-time insights to the Program Manager on delivery health and team capacity. + Hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and commitments in a constructive manner. + Coordinate across value streams and programs within a large-scale enterprise SAFe environment. + Support release planning, PI planning, and cross-team dependency alignment. + Promote consistency as enterprise-wide agile transformation progresses. **Experience Requirements:** + 5–10+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting enterprise-scale teams. + Active Scrum Master certification. + Proven experience within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments. + Experience supporting large, mature teams with complex dependencies. + Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. + Ability to operate confidently within fast-paced, high-expectation environments. + SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) (preferred). + SAFe Agilist (SA) (preferred). + SAFe Practitioner (SP) (preferred). + SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) (preferred). + Experience with SAP or enterprise platform teams (preferred). + Background in omnichannel, customer experience, or digital product initiatives (preferred). **Education Requirements:** + Active Scrum Master certification. + SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) (preferred). + SAFe Agilist (SA) (preferred). + SAFe Practitioner (SP) (preferred). + SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) (preferred). **_Recruitment Transparency Notice_** **_Eliassen Group values transparency in our recruitment practices.
