We are currently looking for a Precision Ag Specialist . Estimated travel is up to 70%. This is a work from home role with a company car provided. The candidate must live in one of the following states: OH, MN, SD, ND, IN, KY or IA As an Precision Ag Specialist you will work at the intersection of agriculture, technology, and crop insurance. This role spans multiple technologies, including farm management systems, GIS platforms, and process systems. This role plays a key part in supporting RCISu2019s Precision Ag strategy. As a Precision Ag Specialist at RCIS, youu2019ll work closely with internal team members and external customers to educate and support the use of precision agriculture technologies for crop insurance reporting and servicing. This is a fieldu2011based position responsible for helping drive adoption of RCIS Digital Ag tools across a designated region. This roles in in a fastu2011paced, everu2011changing environment, assisting agents with farm management systems, supporting system workflows, and serving as a trusted technical resource for both agents and growers. In this role you will: + Have a deep understanding of Precision farming technologies + Will become a SME expert in technology solutions + Assist in the organization area of Precision Ag products + Serve as internal and external technical specialist for precision ag + Help implement the adoption of technology. + Attend OEM Trainings + Collaborates -With Field claims and Sale. For support of sales activities + Utilize CRM for documentation of customer interactions + Provide both customer and internal trainings both in-person and virtually. Required Qualifications: + Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Agricultural or Engineering and 8 or more years of experience in the Digital Agriculture areaOR + High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Digital Agriculture areaAND + Project Management experience + Experience with Precision Ag tools + Experience within the Agricultural industry Preferred Qualifications: + Understanding of Precision Ag equipment + Precision Ag systems, John Deere Operations Center, Climate Field View, Ag Leader Technologies + Knowledge of GIS Systems + Consulting experience + Lead meetings + Experience with process improvement + Knowledge of financial services industry + In-depth knowledge of insurance business processes and processing + Strong analytical skills + Strong written and verbal communication skills Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. The proposed Salary range for this position is $87,000.00 - $110,000.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
