Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 22 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience. • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research. Additional Details: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Required Skills/Experience: IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Oncology, Respiratory, Tracheostomy care/management, Genitourinary/Renal, Medications, Heparin, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Endocrine /Metabolic, Work Settings, MS/Tele, Plastics Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years of oncology experience Teaching Hospital Experience Accessing/Managing Ports, Phlebotomy, Administration of chemotherapy, Monitoring Chemotherapy, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), PCA, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Wound Care/Wound Vac, IV insulin protocols, Telemetry, Surgical drains Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. Special Requests: RTO required with submission, must be built into contract Shift & Scheduling: D/N or Night Floating Requirements: to other MS Tele units 14 days maximum time off.
