Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the medical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing support team, focusing on enhancing production processes, developing innovative tooling and fixtures, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Temecula, CA (100% On-Site) Pay Range: $30/hr. - $34/hr. What's the Job? + Support and optimize manufacturing processes for medical extrusion lines to meet daily production schedules. + Evaluate and troubleshoot production equipment and processes to ensure operational efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and customers, to resolve manufacturing issues. + Develop and implement process improvements utilizing tools like Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk, and SPC. + Create and update manufacturing process documentation, protocols, and reports to maintain compliance and quality standards. What's Needed? + 3-5 years of experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing environment. + Strong understanding of manufacturing concepts such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Visual Workplace. + Experience with equipment evaluation, process validation, and troubleshooting. + Proficiency in using quality tools and statistical analysis to improve processes. + Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
