Our client, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Business Analyst on you will be part of the Technology Modernization team supporting software upgrade initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Remote u2013 must adhere to Pacific time zone work hours and be available to attend meetings 8a-5p PT Mon-Fri. Candidates located near Sacramento metro to make occasional office visits are a plus. Pay Range: starting from $`.00 per hour What's the Job? + Facilitate and participate in data collection activities, work sessions, and document reviews to capture and refine complex business requirements. + Document epics, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria within an Agile/SCRUM project environment. + Apply skills in the use of Microsoft Azure DevOps to organize and maintain epics, user stories, features, and tasks. + Develop and run queries/reports to share information regarding work delivery status and progress. + Support solution test planning, test execution, and results reporting activities, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals. What's Needed? + At least 5 years of full-time experience functioning as a business analyst supporting complex software projects within the past 10 years. + Experience facilitating end-to-end business and solution requirements processes, including design workshops and stakeholder approvals. + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business analysis or related field. + Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. + Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and its use as a data source/data platform.
