Contact Center Representative u2013 American Honda Motor Co., Inc. Pay Rate: Up to $20/hr Contract-to-Hire (1 Year) possible extension to direct hiring About the Role Join American Hondau2019s Contact Center team and help customers stay safe and informed. Youu2019ll be the voice of Honda, assisting with recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting while delivering outstanding customer service. What Youu2019ll Do Handle 30u201340 inbound calls per shift with professionalism. Schedule airbag recall appointments and provide dealership info. Answer questions on warranties, recalls, and radio code issues. Document cases accurately and resolve or escalate as needed. Collaborate with teammates and consistently meet performance goals. Schedule Mondayu2013Friday, between 6 AM u2013 5 PM (flexible shifts). What Weu2019re Looking For Call center or customer service experience. Strong computer navigation skills (multiple screens/software). Typing speed of 35 WPM minimum. Team player with good decision-making skills.
