Coordinator (Temporary Assignment) Location: Endicott, NY Duration: Approximately 12 weeks Pay Rate: $21/hour Schedule: Monday u2013 Friday, 8:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break) Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Coordinator for a temporary assignment at our Endicott location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing schedules, and supporting daily office operations. Key Responsibilities: + Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner + Assist customers with scheduling deliveries and installations + Coordinate appointments and maintain scheduling accuracy + Provide general administrative support to the team + Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and follow-up Qualifications: + Strong communication and customer service skills + Excellent organizational and time management abilities + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment + Basic computer proficiency + Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred Pay Details: $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
